This KORE3 billet hub kit was designed for GM short-spindle applications, which includes all 1964-1972 GM A-Bodies, 1967-1969 GM F-Bodies, and 1968-1974 GM X-bodies. Please refer to the GM Big-Brake Application Chart for additonal compatability and application specific notes. KORE3 hubs are a clean, strong, lightweight solution for anybody wanting to run slip-on rotors on their GM short-spindle equipped car. Hubs were designed to complement the KORE3 big-brake conversion kits.

Notes:

Kit is provided with 7/16"-20 wheel studs and bearing races pressed in as standard. Hubs are also tapped 1/2"-20 to accept the ARP Wheel Studs if the option is selected and will be supplied in place of the 7/16"-20 studs. Similarly, if the Billet Grease Cap option is selected, they will be provided in place of the OE style grease caps.

KORE3 billet hubs are interchangeable with most GM, OE, short-spindle drum hubs, however the OE drum hubs must be modified in order to be used with the KORE3 big-brake upgrade. The outside diameter of the flange must be machined to be less than Ø6" or else it will interfere with the rotor and not seat properly, resulting in a potentially unsafe condition.

KORE3 billet hubs increase track width .200" [5mm] per side over stock drum applications, making the overall track width .400" [10mm] wider than stock. Track width is decreased .240" [6mm] per side compared to the stock disc applications, making the overall track width .480" [12.2mm] narrower than stock.
