KORE3 BIG-BRAKE UPGRADE: C6 Z51 FRONT & REAR

The KORE3 C6 Z51 Big-Brake Upgrade Kit includes Z51 pad abutment brackets and your choice of rotors and pads, everything you need to upgrade your Ø325mm/Ø305mm [Ø12.8"/Ø12.0"] C5/C6 brakes to Ø340mm/Ø330mm [Ø13.4"/Ø13.0"] C6 Z51 rotors and retain your C5/C6 calipers and hoses. Compatible with all KORE3 C5/C6 kits and brackets (non-Hybrid) and all 1997+ Corvettes.



Notes:

  1. Direct bolt-on upgrade for all 1997-2004 C5, C5 Z06 and C6 Corvettes with Ø325mm/Ø305mm front & rear rotors respectively.


  2. Minimum required wheel size is Ø18", however many Ø18" wheels will not clear the calipers. Fitment templates are available for download from the Tech page to verify brake clearance prior to ordering.


  3. Due to the heat dam design of the C6 Z51 rotor, hub modifications may be required if adapting to a non-Corvette application. All current and future KORE3 hubs are manufactured to be compatible with all known C5/C6 rotors, OE and aftermarket, however final fitment is the customer's responsibility. Please contact us with any questions.


  4. C6 Z51 calipers are handed, however the front and rear PABs are not.


  5. OE C6 Z51 front and rear rotors are a LH directional cooling vane design used on both the left and right hand sides of the OE C6 Z51 application as is the drilled pattern. Aftermarket DBA rotors are all non-directional, Kangaroo Paw™ pillar vane design and are designed to be run on both the left and right hand sides interchangeably.
